I would like to introduce you to my son, he is an avid baker and he has mixed his love of baking with his love of Star Wars! He was the inspiration behind the Bad Batch cookies and he is at it again with these Imperial Tie Fighter S’mores and Ice Cream sandwiches. Only difference here is that he did EVERYTHING himself. Yes, I know what you all are thinking, I am that much of a Star Wars fan that my inspiration for my first blogpost came from a Star Wars cookbook! Get ready Dave Filoni for some yummy Star Wars baking!!

My first thought was, 

“I am going to make s’mores and cut graham crackers into Tie Wings”.  

Then, I had the almighty idea of doing the whole thing from scratch. Oh let me tell you, it was one of the most fun things I’ve ever made! So, I hope you’ll enjoy baking and the most important part, EATING them as much as I did.

I made two versions, s’mores (completely my pinch) and the ice cream sandwiches! I also used royal icing on the outside instead of chocolate. Made for a more realistic Imperial Tie Fighter! Here is the template for the tie fighter, you’ll need to print and cut this out to get the tie fighter shape.
