Beer Bourbon Lemonade
Refreshing, smooth, flavorful and strong. Absolutely delicious!!!
Ingredients:
6 oz Summer Shandy
5 3/4 oz. Raspberry Lemonade
1.5 oz Bourbon
Glass: Garnish:
Highball Lemon Slice
Directions:
Add summer shandy, lemonade, and bourbon in a cocktail shaker.
Stir to mix.
Garnish with the lemon slice.
To elevate this make 1 large ice cube by pouring in same mixture into the circular or cube ice mold and add to drink.
Gin Martini
If you are a gin lover, this is your jam!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth
Dash of Orange Bitters
Glass: Garnish:
Martini Lemon Twist
Directions:
Add gin, vermouth and orange bitters to a shaker with three ice cubes and stir with long spoon.
Strain into a chilled martini glass and add the lemon twist as a garnish.
Sazerac
This is the official cocktail of New Orleans. A close cousin to the old-fashioned.
Ingredients:
3 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
1/4 oz Absinthe
Glass: Garnish:
Old-Fashioned Lemon or Orange Twist
Directions:
Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 3 oz. Rye Whiskey, 1 oz simple syrup and 2 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters.
Shake until thoroughly chilled.
Coat inside of a chilled glass with 1/4 oz of Absinthe. Pour out excess.
Rub lemon/orange rind strip over glass rim and place rind in glass.
Strain whiskey mixture into prepared glass.
Rusty Nail
This cocktail is making a comeback and is a crowd favorite. This drink is meant to be savored slowly.
Ingredients:
1 Large Ice Cube
1 1/2 oz Scotch Whiskey
1 oz Drambuie
Directions:
Fill an old-fashioned glass with an ice cube and pour the Scotch and Drambuie over them.
Stir gently.

A sophisticated and fashionable drink with a Parisian influence.
Ingredients:
1 oz Rye Whiskey
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Glass: Garnish:
Martini Orange Peel
or Old-Fashioned
Directions:
Pour rye whiskey, campari, and sweet vermouth in a shaker. Put ice into the shaker and stir well. Pour the drink into your glass of choice with the ice included or put a large ice cube into the glass and pour the drink over.
Garnish the glass with orange peel.
Old Fashioned
One of the six root cocktails that all of mixology has been built upon.
Ingredients:
2 cubes of brown sugar
3 drops of orange bitters
3 drops of Angostura bitters
1 1/2 oz Bourbon (to make it stronger add 2 oz)

Old Fashioned Orange Twist
Directions:
Place sugar cubes on a cocktail napkin.
Put drops of Orange and Angostura bitters over sugar cubes.
Transfer cubes to a mixing glass.
Add Bourbon to mixing glass.
Muddle sugar cubes until sugar is almost dissolved. (Stirring helps the process)
Fill glass with ice cubes and pour drink into the glass.
Pomegranate Cosmopolitan
Robust with a deep taste of pomegranate and refreshing.
Ingredients:
2 oz Vodka
1 oz Cointrea
1 oz Cranberry juice
1/2 oz Pomegranate juice
1/2 oz Freshly squeezed lime
Directions:
Fill half the cocktail shaker with ice.
Pour all the ingredients into cocktail shaker.
Shake for 30 seconds.
Pour in a Martini glass and enjoy!

Tequila Sunrise
Two levels of deliciousness, a perfect addition to a sunset.
Ingredients:
2 oz Tequila
4 oz Orange Juice
1 Tablespoon Grenadine

Highball Orange Slice
Directions:
Add Tequila and orange juice in a cocktail shaker filled with 4-5 ice cubes.
Shake to mix.
Strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
Slowly pour in the grenadine and allow it to settle.
Garnish with an orange slice.
Tequila Martini

1 1/2 oz. Blanco Tequila
3/4 oz Blanc Vermouth
1/4 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters

1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Cranberry Juice

Add all the ingredients into shaker with ice and shake.

Manhattan
Similar to an Old-fashioned but fortified wine (Vermouth) replaces the sweetener, in a larger proportion.

3/4 oz Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Directions:
Stir all the ingredients over Ice, then strain into a coupe or old fashioned glass. Granish with cherry or a twisted orange rind.
