Pumpkin Spiced Glazed Donuts
Show me the PUMPKIN!! SHOW ME THE PUMPKIN!!
Having a Jerry Maquire moment, 90’s movies were the best! I am sure every generation says that though. Sleepless in Seattle, You’ve got Mail… just saying these were so good!! However, we are here to discuss some pumpkin donuts!
Let’s bust out those donut pans…
Pumpkin donuts have been on the list of fall-time favorites that we wanted to recreate with our PINCH. We created a salted caramel pumpkin glaze and also a pumpkin spice mix. So far all the donut recipes we have introduced are baked, they contain less sugar, less butter but are so so so satisfying. These Pumpkin Spiced Glazed Donuts will become a Fall staple in the Delish In a Pinch house.
Do let us know what you think when you try out these bad boys. We topped ours with butter beer sprinkles.

Ingredients
Instructions
- In a medium bowl whisk the flour, pumpkin spice mix, baking powder, and salt and set aside.
- In a large bowl whisk the eggs, pumpkin puree, dark brown sugar, sugar, sour cream, and vanilla. Once the wet mixture is well incorporated, add in the melted butter and stir.
- Put the dry ingredients into the wet mixture and mix until it is incorporated.
- Fill a ziplock bag with batter and cut a 1/2 inch slot in the corner of the bag and pipe batter into the donut slots halfway.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into a donut comes out clean, 11-12 minutes. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
- To decorate the donuts, dip them halfway into the glaze and then allow excess glaze to drip off or spoon the glaze on the donut over a cooling rack and let the excess drip off. Sprinkle top with butterbeer sprinkles or your choice of sprinkles.
- In a small bowl mix the cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, and cardamom.
- In a small mixing bowl stir powdered sugar, pumpkin puree, salted caramel syrup, and vanilla till the powdered sugar is all dissolved and the mixture becomes liquid and burnt orange in color.
